JUNE 6 – June 30 Registration for Timpview CREDIT RECOVERY Summer School @ Centennial Middle School

Due to heavy construction from June – beginning of August. 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐚𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐝𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐥. Summer School is FREE to Timpview students.

Credit recovery classes offered are: Language Arts 9-12, Biology, Earth Science, Social Studies (Geography, World History, US History), Secondary Math 1 & Secondary Math 2, and Health.

• Bussing will be provided. Families will be informed of bus routes and times by May 28th.
• No meals will be provided.
• IEP & 504 accommodations will be supported.
• A school counselor will be available at Centennial Middle School.
• Instructional assistants will be in classrooms to support students.

ABSENCES ARE NOT ALLOWED. A student who is more than 20 minutes late will be considered absent and will receive no credit for the week. By attending ALL 4 days (Monday – Thursday from 8am – 11am) and successfully completing work within the one-week session, students will be able to recover .25 credit for a “P” passing grade of a previously failed course. If a student attends all four weeks they could potentially recover 1.0 full credit.

Timpview’s Credit Recovery Summer School Schedule is:

June 6th – June 9th Week 1: 8:00am – 11:00am (.25 credit recovery)

June 13th – June 16th Week 2: 8:00am – 11:00am (.25 credit recovery)

June 21st – June 23rd (there is NO SCHOOL June 20th – Juneteenth holiday will be observed) Week 3: 8:00am – 11:00am (.25 credit recovery)

June 27th – June 30th Week 4: 8:00am – 11:00am (.25 credit recovery)

**To qualify for Timpview Credit Recovery Summer School, students need final F grades showing in their PowerSchool historical grades.**
