Parents/Guardians,

Please note the following announcements.

1. Parents are able to create “observer” accounts through Canvas.  This allows parents to view their child’s course content, due dates, assignments, announcements, etc.  Please see the attachment for more instructions.

Please Note:

·      To create an account and link to your child, your child must firs generate a Pairing Code and share it with you.  The code is only valid for 24 hours.

·      You child must be enrolled in courses before you can sign up to be an observer.

·      Once you create your account, you will log in using your email address as your username and the password will be on that you created.

2. Chromebook Checkout is continuing today and tomorrow, Thursday, August 27 from 12:15pm – 2:15pm in the commons.  Please come to school with your (1) Signed Electronic User Agreement Form and (2) PCSD Update Student Form.  Both forms are attached.  Contact our district’s technology department if you have any questions (homesupport@provo.edu or 801-373-2188).

3. Fee waivers must be submitted by Friday, October 23.  Let our finance office secretary know if you have any questions (shaunab@provo.edu).
