It is important to get feedback from our students regarding their school experiences and needs.  To this end, we will be administering a social-emotional learning survey to students on September 17 during Homeroom.

Survey questions can be found on our school website. If you would like to opt your child out of taking the Panorama Social-Emotional Learning Survey, please fill out and submit the attached document.  Submit opt-out forms to Tom Fell by Wednesday, September 15 at 12:00pm (thomasf@provo.edu).  If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Tom Fell (thomasf@provo.edu).
