Parents/Guardians,

It is important to get feedback from our students regarding their school experiences and needs.  To this end, we will be administering two (2) surveys to students.

Utah State Board of Education (USBE) School Climate Survey

Date: Friday, April 30

This survey will be shared with students via their school email account.  Students interested in taking the survey can complete the survey on their own time.  Survey questions can be found on our school website.  If you would like to opt your child out of taking the USBE School Climate Survey, please let your child know to disregard the email that will be sent to all students on Friday, April 30.

Panorama Social-Emotional Learning Survey

Date: Tuesday, April 27

The bell schedule will be as follows:

Period 2 – 7:30-8:25

Period 4 – 8:30-9:25

Panorama SEL Survey – 9:25-10:05 (Taken in Period 4 class)

Period 6 – 10:10-11:05

Period 8 – 11:10-12:05

Survey questions can be found on our school website.  If you would like to opt your child out of taking the Panorama Social-Emotional Learning Survey, please fill out the information below and return to Tom Fell, Dean of Students, in the Main Office by Monday, April 26 at 12:00pm.
