Timpview AP Exam Registration Information 2023-24 

We are going to start AP Exam Registration on Monday, October 2 and AP Exam Registration will go through Tuesday, October 31. There will be a Late Window for AP Exam Registration in late February with a late fee if you miss the early registration. 

Cost per AP Exam:  $98.00

Cost per AP Exam for AP Seminar and AP Research:  $145.00

Students or Parents can pay in the Finance Office or online. If you have an ALIO account you can pay online. If you need help setting up an ALIO account, please contact Shauna Black (shaunab@provo.edu) or Hillary Ross (hillaryr@provo.edu).

Required Steps to Register for AP Exams from October 2 to October 31

1. Students create their College Board accounts on myap.collegeboard.org. Many students will already have their accounts from last year if they were in AP courses. Students should have already completed this step. 
2. Students Join the AP Classroom with the Join Code provided by the AP teacher. This is super important. Students cannot receive an AP exam unless they have done this.  Students need to Join the AP Classroom for every AP course they are taking. Each AP teacher has a unique Join Code for their AP Classroom. 
3. Students or Parents pay the $98.00 AP exam fee for each exam they are taking in the Finance Office or online. 
4. Students on Free/Reduced Lunch or a Fee Waiver can pay for their AP exams at a reduced cost of $40.00. There are AP Exam Reduced Fee forms in the Counseling Center that need to be filled out and turned into Shauna Black or Hillary Ross when a student pays the AP reduced fee in the Finance Office.
