Club Applications for the 2023-2024 Year are due Friday, September 8, 2024 online by 5pm.

All club applications must be filled out using the online Club Application Form

Requirements for prospective clubs:

All clubs must have:

A faculty advisor to approve and supervise all club meetings and activities. A teacher or staff member may only sponsor one club per year (unless pre-approved by school administration), and must be in attendance to all club meetings and activities. 

A service project to be completed within the school year. Please report the completion of this project to the Student Body Vice President over Clubs.

A club constitution* which contains at least the following:

  • The purpose of the club
  • The method of selecting officers
  • The duties of officers
  • Club dues, if any
  • Details of club service project
  • When and where your club will meet

4. At least one representative at Club Week during lunch (detail below) (Club Week: September 20-21, 2024)

5. Club Presidents need to attend a monthly Club President meeting, first of which will be announced after Club Week

*Failure to complete the above club requirements will result in possible probation of the club for the following school year.
