Schedule Your One on One Parent/Counselor Meeting ~

Focus of this meeting will be ~ Senior Year Planning and Registration

How to Schedule Your 11th Grade CCR Appointment:

A parent/guardian will need to attend your CCR meeting with you. To prepare for your CCR:

1.     Talk with your parent/guardian to agree on a time and date to meet with your counselor

2.     Go to timpview.provo.edu and click on Junior CCRs. Click/tap on your counselor’s name (link to their CCR Calendar)

3.     Select a date and time for your Career and College Readiness (CCR) meeting (if you’d prefer a Zoom meeting, please select a slot & just write in “ZOOM” with your meeting info) **Make sure your computer Internal Clock is set for “Mountain Time”

4.     Go to classroom.google.com and choose your 11th Grade Google Classroom to access Registration and Career and College Readiness Materials and Instructions

5.     Review and Update 4-year plan in PowerSchool (instructions in google classroom)

6.     Attend your meeting
