Graduating Students and Parents/Guardians of Graduating Students,

Due to our current circumstances, we need to make slight adjustments to our graduation timeline.  We are working to put together additional information to share with you in the next few days and coming weeks that will help students and parents/guardians prepare for graduation.  We are grateful for your understanding, patience, and support as we navigate this unprecedented situation.

For now, we want to communicate the following:

1. CTE Pathway Completer Cord Applications – For anyone interested in applying for a CTE Pathway Completer Cord, please complete the attached application. All applications must be submitted to Mrs. Jardine (janj@provo.edu). These applications are due on Wednesday, April 29.  Mrs. Jardine will review applications and let students know if they are approved.  Let Mrs. Jardine know if you have any questions.

2. Completer Through Concurrent Enrollment Cord Applications – For anyone interested in applying for a Completer through Concurrent Enrollment Cord, please complete the attached application. All applications must be submitted to Mrs. Pulver (lisap@provo.edu). These applications are due on Wednesday, April 29.  Mrs. Pulver will review applications and let students know if they are approved.  Let Mrs. Pulver know if you have any questions.

3. Academic Letter Applications – For anyone interested in applying for Academic Letter recognition, please complete the attached application. Please see the attached application for qualification requirements. All applications must be submitted to the corresponding educator listed on the application form. These applications are due on Wednesday, April 29.  The educator that receives the application should notify students if they are approved.  Let the corresponding educator or Mrs. Morgan know if you have any questions (cindam@provo.edu).

4. Cap and Gown Orders – Caps, gowns, and tassels can still be purchased! Our last day for placing orders is Friday, May 8. To order from Jostens, please go to the following website.
