Course Description/Overview/Welcome Statement

This is a beginning Watercolor class that teach the basic skill and techniques of watercolor painting. It is necessary to have some drawing experience and confidence before taking this class.  Art Foundations is a prerequisite to this class or teacher approval will be granted if the student has strong drawing skills.
