College & Career Readiness Program
Plan for Your College and Career Readiness!
What do you want to do after high school? Work with your School Counselor to make your post-high school plans now! This is called the Plan for College and Career Readiness (or “CCR“) meeting. Counselors will also customize your high school experience to help connect you to your college and career goals while in high school. Students, to prepare for this meeting, please complete the following:
- Complete the full career aptitude survey through YouScience.
- If you need a login, or to reset your login, please contact Lisa Pulver in C-202.
- Consider taking classes that fulfill Career and Technical Education (CTE) Pathways that relate to your career and college goals.
- (Freshmen only) complete a 4-year plan worksheet.
- Engage in enrichment and extracurricular activities.
- Learn about college and career admission processes.
- Participate in college and career affordability planning.
CCR Meeting Scheduler
Parents, please make arrangements to attend your child’s College and Career Readiness meetings with your counselors. Counselors meet with 9th and 12th grade students and their parents/guardians in-person. However, feel free to contact your counselor and schedule an appointment at any time.
