TIMPVIEW FALL SPORTS INFORMATION, SY24-25 

Timpview High School students wishing to participate in Fall Sports at must register at the Aktivate website before tryouts. 

ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS 

Athlete Registration 

All new, returning, and transferring athletes must have an account with the Aktivate website that designates Timpview as your school. You must complete the requirements before the first day of tryouts, or you will not be allowed to try out. Athletes are required to update their forms each year. 

The required forms and electronic signatures to fill out and upload to your profile on Aktivate are:

• Code of Conduct 
• Anti-bullying, Harassment, and Hazing Form 
• Participant & Parent Consent Form 
• Physical Form 
• Concussion Information & Management Checklist 

The physical form can be downloaded from the UHSAA website. If you prefer a hard copy version of the documents, you may pick them up at the Timpview High School main office. 

Participation Fees: Each athlete is required to pay a participation fee.  

Fee Waiver: Please complete fee waiver forms between July and October. 

Academic Requirement: Athletes must maintain a 2.0 GPA and are allowed only one failing grade per term. Attendance Requirements: Athletes must follow the attendance policy or will be suspended from playing. 

Transfers: If you attended another high school within the last 12 months, you are a transfer athlete and will be required to go through the transfer process with the UHSAA. Email our Athletic Director, Wendy Anae, for more information.
