Important Concurrent Enrollment Information
UVU Spring admission and registration is now open!
Students in a second-semester high school Concurrent Enrollment (CE) class, be aware that all UVU Spring semester deadlines will occur in January within the first weeks of the new semester. Students should review their schedules and plan NOW to be prepared in class for college credit opportunities before UVU deadlines listed below, as the second semester begins on January 7, 2025.
The table below contains the list of second-semester high school classes offering college credit and the corresponding UVU course registration number (CRN) needed to register for the college course.

Students wanting college credit need a UVID number to register for courses. Log on to www.uvu.edu/concurrent to get started by following steps:
- Step 1: Apply to UVU. The admission application must be completed in one browser session.
- Be sure to select Utah Valley University (UVU) as your preferred institution – it’s free to apply.
- Your UVID will then be emailed in 24-48 hours or can be found on MyUVU (if you currently participate in the CE program or have done so in the past this step has been done). Tuition owed from previous registration terms must be paid before course registration in current semester is allowed.
- Login NOW to ensure you have no UVU account holds. Students should then return online to the CE website for
- Step 2: Register for Classes, and the MyUVU student portal, and register for the college course credit available in their high school class.
Some college courses require prerequisites to be met with and recorded at UVU PRIOR to college course registration. Check NOW to ensure they have been met.

- UVU course registration deadline without a late fee 23 Jan 2025
- UVU LAST day to register with $15 late fee per course 27 Jan 2025
- UVU last day to drop a spring course (no W) 10 Feb 2025
- UVU tuition due 10 Mar 2025
- UVU last day to withdraw a spring course with a “W” 20 Mar 2025
All Students participating in Concurrent Enrollment must meet the GPA requirements
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 for participation in academic college courses
- Minimum overall GPA of 2.0 for career and technical college courses
