Driver Education
Information
Starting July 1, 2025, the cost of driver education will be $200.
Start Early
We recommend starting Driver Education soon after turning 15 ½ years old, as the program takes 4–6 months to complete. The process includes four phases and is first-come, first-served for class enrollment, simulator scheduling, road driving, and driving tests.
Enrollment Details
- We only enroll as many students each month as we can accommodate for road driving.
- Priority is given to current Timpview High School students.
- Online Drivers Ed is currently the only course option available.
- Enrollment Opens: The First “A” day of the month at 10:35 am.
- Summers: First Monday of the month at 10:35.
If the sign-up link works, enrollment is open. If it does not, we are full and will reopen enrollment at the end of the next month.
Have this info ready when signing up: Student name, email (to receive links), student ID, and learner permit number.
