Good Morning Students and Families,

The end of the school year is coming to a close and we are grateful students have been able to maximize their learning with access to their textbooks and Chromebooks during this time.

Our End-of-Year Checkout for ALL students will take place at Timpview High School next week Tuesday – Thursday, May 26th-May 28th, from 8am-3pm.  Seniors who still need to return Chromebooks and textbooks will also need to participate.  (There are many students who received an email from the Library saying that our End of Year Checkout will take place on June 22n-June25th THESE DATES HAVE CHANGED to May 26th-May 28th.)

To ensure we are upholding safety distancing guidelines, the following process will be as follows:

ALL students will ENTER the east Commons doors to CHECK IN and receive a face mask if they did not bring one from home. Chromebook Drop (Commons) Library Textbook/Book Drop (Library) Pay Owed Fees (Finance Office) Pick up PE Locker and School Locker items (Auditorium Hallway) All students will EXIT the building through the north auditorium doors.

ALL CHROMEBOOKS WILL BE REMOTELY DISABLED SHORTLY AFTER MAY 22ND. If you would like to request extended use of your Chromebook, please contact the Main Office 801-221-9720 or email Dana Sorenson at danas@provo.edu and provide the secretaries these 3 pieces of information:  your student ID number, the Chromebook serial number on the back of the device, and the date you want to return it.

Below is the scheduled day and time your student(s) will be able to attend according to LAST NAMES.  50 students will be allowed in the building at a time. The duration of the checkout process is about 30 minutes long. Please try to adhere to your time slot as much as possible to avoid crowding.:
