Credit Recovery or Acceleration Options
Original or Credit Recovery
Edgenuity, Jet, or BYU Independent Study courses available
Original Credit courses free if taken during the school year up to a total of 8 credits per year (Unless student is on an Early Graduation plan). Courses must be completed during the term enrolled in or a Failing grade will be posted on the transcript
Credit Recovery courses available for a previously failed a core course. Cost $35 per term and students are given 5 weeks to complete these courses. Credit recovery course grades do not replace failed grades, but are added into the student’s overall GPA. Courses available during Summer (Note—Fitness for Life requires 90 days to complete, so only a .25 credit may be earned in a summer)

Students seeking NCAA credit approved courses should use caution with Alternative credits, most of these option are not NCAA Approved.
