Provo Eschool summer School

**UPDATE: Provo City School District is committed now and always to providing quality online courses for students at all grade levels. In accordance with this ideal and in response to community feedback, PCSD has decided to offer original credit courses through eSchool’s Summer School program beginning immediately. Due to COVID-19, these courses will be available at NO COST to students this summer only. Interested students should fill out the Summer School registration form and submit their forms to the eSchool office via email (eSchool@provo.edu) or in person on Tuesdays from 9-3. Please note that students are limited to enrolling in 1.0 credit (two semester courses).

Timpview GAP Classes

• Credit Recovery course are Pass/Fail
• No cost but Counselor or Administrator approval
• GAP class will be added to student’s schedule during the regular school year
• Courses need to be completed in a timely manner or will expire

Utah SOEP

• Original Credit or Credit Recovery
• Utah Student Online Education Program
• The program enables eligible students to earn high school graduation credit through the completion of publicly funded online courses.
• Multiple providers available
• Free to Utah Students, but course limits may apply

BYU Independent Study Self-Pay

• Original Credit Courses
• Up to 1 year to complete
• Cost of varies depending on type of course

Northridge Learning Packets

• Accredited original credit
• $50 per .25 credit
  • Northridge Learning Center/Dorius Academy

Counselor Advice

• Students seeking NCAA credit approved courses should use caution with Alternative credits, most of these option are not NCAA Approved.
• Students seeking Grade Replacement should meet with a counselor for the Provo School District policy and Guidelines.
