Aerobics

Class Description

Aerobics is a general course in physical education with fitness and wellness components.The fitness component will include activities such as dancing, circuit training, weight lifting, yoga, Pilates, step aerobics, zumba, kickboxing, power walking/running, as well as team and individual sports. The wellness component of this course will focus on healthy nutrition, eating disorders, body composition testing, and injuries.
