Class Description

Zumba is a fusion of Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow aerobic moves to create a

one-of-a-kind fitness program. Zumba routines utilize the principles of interval

and resistance training to maximize fat burning and total body toning. Zumba

enthusiasts achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in

one class of calorie-burning, body-energizing movements.

ZUMBA FINAL PAPER INSTRUCTIONS

In your first paragraph give a brief description of Zumba as well as your goals and accomplishments

while taking the class (ex. Why did you sign up for this class, what were you hoping to get out of the

class, what did you accomplish).

Following your introduction, dedicate one paragraph to each of the five elements of fitness. Name

and describe each of the areas of fitness and how Zumba can and/or did help you improve in each

area. Additionally, include before and after fitness testing scores, measurements, etc, obstacles

(if any that were presented while trying to accomplish your goals), whether or not you reached

your goal and what you will do in the future to continue improving in all areas of fitness.  In your

final paragraph, summarize your experience in Zumba,  goals and steps you plan to take to maintain

and/or continue to grow in each area of fitness.
